Cancellation & Refund Policy
Aviyair API subscriptions come with a 2-week trial. After the trial, the subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days unless canceled.
You can cancel an API subscription anytime on your dashboard or sending us an email about your request.
Please make sure to send cancellation request emails at least 5 days prior to the renewal date so we have enough time to carry out your request.
In case your subscription payment fails for any reason, the system will automatically try to charge you again periodically for a few more times, depending on your payment method. If the payment fails these additional attempts, your API subscription may be automatically canceled without notice. In these cases, you can restore your access on your dashboard or contact us and we will assist you.
If a cancellation attempt is not completed correctly on the user’s side and the subscription renews for the next billing period, the user will be responsible for the related charges.
